What is your turnaround time?
We will do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days once products ordered for your order are received by us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at swinncraft@gmail.com
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.
Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my products?
We do not provide any finished engraved and/or cut proofs. The only proof you will receive is of a digital image of your design.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No, most items do not have a minimum order. However, there are occasionally some items that will require a minimum order to be placed. It is on an order-by-order basis.
Do you take orders from businesses?
Yes, we love dealing with other businesses! Please email us at swinncraft@gmail.com with what you are looking for, even if you don’t see it on our website.
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes. While we do not employ our own graphic designers, many ideas can be turned into a custom design by us. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes, we can engrave your logo. We need it to be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format. If there is shading in your logo, you will need to supply a plain black and white line drawing.
Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?
Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.
Do you apply any finished to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
Our boards are finished with food-safe mineral oil.
Can I place my cutting board/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?
No! Do not place your board in the dishwasher. Hand wash your board with warm water and a mild soap, then hand dry. Do not soak your board. Each board arrives with a “Board Care Card” with instructions on how to keep it in tip-top shape.
Are hat patches made of real leather?
No, they are made with laser-able leatherette (faux leather).
How do I care for hats and beanies with leather patches?
Hand-washing with a gentle detergent is recommended, or you can wash on a delicate cycle. Air dry only. All patches are adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial heat press.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available in the Anaheim/Yorba Linda, CA area. Please select the local pickup option at checkout. An email with the address and pickup instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
